How Founder Shift collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Who we are
Founder Shift is a consultancy for digital agency founders, based in Serbia. The business responsible for your personal data (the "controller") is:

We process personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors and clients in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
When you book a call through Calendly: your name, email address and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
When you use one of our free tools (the Founder Hourly Cost Calculator or Founder Gravity™): your first name and email address.
When you buy a module through Gumroad: your name, email address and the billing details needed to process the payment. We do not see or store your full card details.
When you use the SCALED™ diagnostic: the answers you type into the chat. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your answers.
When you work with us: the information and documents you share so we can deliver the module, and the details needed for invoicing.
When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta also receives information about your visit (see Cookies below).
How we use your data, and why we are allowed to
To respond to enquiries, schedule calls and give you access to our tools, because you asked us to (taking steps at your request).
To deliver modules you buy, invoice them and keep accounting records, to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations.
To send you emails about Founder Shift, such as insights, programmes and workshops, based on your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our advertising through the Meta Pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies.
To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Tools we use
We work with the following service providers. They process data on our behalf and each has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the services behind our forms and the diagnostic
- Calendly: call scheduling
- Mailchimp (Intuit): email communication
- Gumroad: payments for modules
- Anthropic: the AI model that powers the SCALED™ diagnostic chat
- Meta: advertising measurement, only with your consent
Founder Gravity™ runs as a custom GPT on ChatGPT. When you open it, you leave our website and OpenAI's own privacy policy applies to what you share there.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
The website works without any advertising cookies. We only load the Meta Pixel, which sets advertising cookies and shares information about your visit with Meta, if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", nothing is loaded.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. You can change it at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry and tool data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most two years after our last contact with you.
Client and invoicing records: for as long as Serbian accounting and tax law requires.
Diagnostic chat answers: only as long as needed to generate your result. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email natalija@founder-shift.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
